Welcome to TopoLog. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Service description
TopoLog is an iOS outdoor toolkit offering compass, altitude, speedometer, activity recording, geo-stamped camera, and GPX track management. Some features (e.g. team sessions) require network and third-party relay services.
2. Disclaimer
- GPS & elevation are estimates: Location, speed, elevation, and floor inference may be inaccurate due to sensors, signal, weather, or pressure changes.
- Not for safety-critical use: Do not rely solely on the App for navigation, aviation, rescue, or decisions that could cause injury or property damage.
- Team sharing: Live location depends on network quality; delays or interruptions may occur. No guarantee of teammate position accuracy.
3. Your responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use the App lawfully and safely in your jurisdiction;
- Follow traffic and outdoor safety rules; avoid using the device dangerously while driving or exercising;
- Take full responsibility for content you capture, record, or share;
- Not use the App for illegal, infringing, or disruptive purposes.
4. Intellectual property
The App, its design, code, icons, and documentation are owned by GoodCraft. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or use them commercially without permission.
5. Changes & termination
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time without notice. You may stop using the App by uninstalling it.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoodCraft is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from use or inability to use the App, including data loss, device damage, or personal injury.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of your jurisdiction. If any provision is invalid, the remainder stays in effect.
